Manuscript preparation guidelines:
Submitted papers should be a minimum of 6 pages and a maximum of 22 pages in length, including all figures, tables, and references.
Font: Typically, journals prefer standard fonts like Times New Roman
Font Size: The most common font size for the main text is 12 points. For figure captions and footnotes, it might be smaller (e.g., 10 points).
Title: Make it clear and tell readers what your paper is about.
Authors & Affiliations: List all authors and where they work.
Abstract: Write a short summary (usually around 200-300 words) of your entire paper.
Keywords: Choose a few important words that describe your research.
Introduction: Explain why your research is important and what problem you are trying to solve.
Methods: Describe exactly how you did your research.
Results: Show what you found in your research (use figures and tables if needed).
Discussion: Explain what your results mean and why they are important.
Conclusion: Briefly summarize your main findings and what could be done next.
Figures & Tables: Make sure they are easy to understand and label everything clearly.
References: List all the sources you used in your paper following a specific style (like APA, MLA, etc.).
Important Dates & Fees
The registration and publication of accepted papers will require the payment of a fee by the authors. For Indian Authors, the applicable fee is ₹12,000/-. Non-Resident Indian (NRI) authors will be required to pay a fee of 800 USD. A reduced fee of ₹4,000/- is applicable for Student or Faculty members opting for an e-Presentation. Individuals who wish to attend the conference as Listeners will be required to pay a registration fee of ₹2,000/-.
